Christoffer Møllenbach has been hired as the new Chief Financial Officer at Danica, replacing Thomas Dyhrberg Nielsen as of March 1.
CEO of Danica, Mads Kaagaard, has made a change in his management in the CFO position, with Christoffer Møllenbach taking over.
CEO of Danica, Mads Kaagaard, says:
“To succeed in our strategy, we have a large and significant development task in supporting the entire business with data and models. In addition, we must collaborate even more closely with the Danske Bank Group so that we can achieve our commercial goals towards 2028. That is why I am pleased that I have been able to hire Christoffer Møllenbach, who has the right skills to help us achieve those goals.”
Christoffer Møllenbach comes from a position as Head of Group Finance at Danske Bank and has served on Danica’s board of directors twice since 2016, most recently as Vice Chairman. He says:
“I know Danica intimately from my time at Danske Bank and look forward to becoming part of the strong culture that exists in the company. At the same time, I look forward to close collaboration across the group, where I see potential in being able to develop our strategic use of data to achieve our commercial goals.”
Christoffer Møllenbach replaces Thomas Dyhrberg Nielsen, who has been CFO of Danica since 2021.
On Danica’s board of directors, Christoffer Møllenbach will be replaced by Terese Dissing, Head of Group Accounts at Danske Bank
