Elo invests in new or excellent rental apartment properties. These are exactly the residential apartment buildings completed in September in Tampere’s Niemenranta. Demand for rental apartments has been brisk, and all apartments were rented in record time.
Elo has continued to increase the number of new housing investments by investing in new locations in Tampere and the capital region. Tampere is an attractive destination for investors because transport and service development measures and investments have been successfully carried out in the area.

A good example is the efficiently run rental of the apartments in Niemenranta, where the properties were fully rented at the time of completion. Elo’s partner in the construction of the sites was YIT, which has been the developer of the Niemenranta area since the site plan phase.
