KPA pension, which is part of the Folksamgruppen , acquires the office project Yrket 4 in Solna city from NCC for SEK 3.6 billion. NCC is to develop the property into a new headquarters for the authority Svenska kraftnät, which has signed a 20-year lease on the entire area.
The property comprises approximately 52,000 BTA and has an attractive location in Solna Businesspark. Payment of the purchase price and access will take place when the project is completed, which is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2028.

The deal is carried out as a company sale and is based on a property value of approximately SEK 3.6 billion, after market deductions. The deal requires planning permission, access to the property, notification according to the new FDI regulations and the tenant’s approval of the buyer. Parts of the existing office building on the property will be reused and upon completion the property will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM, level New Construction Excellent.
