Industriens Pension has entered into a turnkey contract with the contractor HHM for the construction of a new district in Egedal northwest of Copenhagen. The municipality has recently granted a building permit for the project, which is being developed in collaboration with 2L Project Development.
A new attractive district in green surroundings in central Egedal will slowly begin to take shape in 2025. This is clear after Industriens Pension has now entered into an agreement with the general contractor HHM for the construction of 171 homes, a daycare center and a shared activity center.
The new district, Landskabsbyen, will be built in the area immediately north of Egedal Station with Industriens Pension as the developer. It will be an open district that is adapted to the surrounding landscape, and all homes will have direct access to open spaces and recreational natural areas.
With the new general contractor agreement with HHM and a building permit that was recently received, construction of the new district can now begin.
“We look forward to helping to create a new attractive district where nature, homes and urban spaces are carefully thought out together. With Landskabsbyen, we will create a district in open and green surroundings, where residents also have easy access to Copenhagen via, among other things, the S-train and supercycle path. We are very much looking forward to seeing life unfold in Landskabsbyen”, says property manager at Industriens Pension, Søren Tang Kristensen.
