Industriens Pension receives the pension industry’s best ratings in 9 out of 10 questions in the annual report on Danish financial companies’ digital solutions from FinansWatch and the analysis company Wilke.
Industriens Pension can take comfort in the industry’s best marks from its members when it comes to the assessment of Danish pension companies’ digital products, self-service solutions and digital communication.
This appears from the annual report on digital products, ‘Digital Finance’, from FinansWatch and the analysis company Wilke.
The report takes a closer look at the perception of 14 Danish pension companies’ digital products and self-service solutions. The companies’ customers were asked to rate their own company on the basis of 10 questions. In 9 out of 10 questions, Industriens Pension achieved the highest ranking among the 14 pension companies in the survey.
“We are extremely happy about the excellent ratings. We work hard to continuously develop user-friendly and relevant self-service tools, and well-functioning digital communication is really an important area for us. It’s not easy, so it’s extra nice that it works. The products and the various services must first of all be simple and work well in practice,” says Laila Mortensen, CEO of Industriens Pension.
Great ratings in many areas
In connection with reports from previous years, FinansWatch and Wilke have carried out an overall rating of this year’s digital pension company, but this year they have moved away from one overall rating. Instead, they have chosen to show how customers rate the companies on the 10 selected questions.
Industriens Pension takes, among other things, first place when it comes to both relevant, clear and innovative digital solutions as well as good online customer service. The company also gets the industry’s best ranking when it comes to understandable digital communication as well as easy and clear solutions on the website and app.
Industriens Pension won the previous award as digital pension company of the year in both 2018, 2021 and 2022.
