AMF publishes on its website:
The board of AMF Fonder has decided to bring forward the change of CEO. Katarina Romberg will now take over as CEO on November 4. Katarina Romberg is currently head of alternative investments at AMF Fonder. She succeeds Tomas Flodén, who has been appointed as the new CEO of AMF Tjänstepension.
The work to change CEOs at AMF Tjänstepension and AMF Fonder has gone very smoothly, and therefore we have decided to advance Katarina Romberg’s appointment to November 4. It feels very good that Katarina Romberg is now taking over as CEO. She has extensive experience in asset management, investments and corporate governance and she knows AMF. With Katarina as the new CEO, we ensure that one of Sweden’s best asset managers will continue to have strong and competent management, says Åsa Kjellander, chairman of the board of AMF Fonder.
