The board of AMF Fonder has appointed Katarina Romberg as the new CEO. Katarina Romberg is currently head of alternative investments at AMF Fonder. Katarina Romberg is an economist from Stockholm School of Economics and has previously worked at SEB. She succeeds Tomas Flodén, who has been appointed as the new CEO of AMF Tjänstepension.

Katarina has extensive experience in asset management, investments and corporate governance and she knows AMF. Katarina Romberg takes over as CEO of AMF Fonder and head of asset management on January 1, 2025. Tomas Flodén will remain as CEO for the rest of the year to ensure an orderly handover.
Approval of appointment as CEO is subject to customary review by the Financial Supervisory Authority
