KPA Pension acquires two properties in central Stockholm

KPA Pension acquires Vasahuset (Kortbyrån 19 and Kortbyrån 20) on Vasagatan 11–13 in central Stockholm from DNB for SEK 3,039 million. The leasable area of the properties amounts to just over 21,000 square meters and access will take place on November 1, 2022.
Folksamgruppen, which includes KPA Pension, is financially strong and continues its expansion in real estate. In recent years, including the purchase of Vasahuset, Folksamgruppen has bought properties for the directly owned portfolio for almost SEK 26 billion.
