KPA Pension participates in Heimstaden Bostad’s new share issue

Heimstaden Bostad strengthens its equity by SEK 4 billion through a directed new share issue to the owners, which includes KPA Pension and Folksam.

KPA Pensionsförsäkring AB subscribes for 152 million and Folksam Liv for 65 million. Other owner investments are Alecta (2.2 billion), Heimstaden (1.5 billion) and Ericsson (75 million).

– The investment is a good example of KPA Pension’s long-term asset management with the goal of giving our customers good and secure pensions, says Ninni Wibeck, acting CEO of KPA Pensionsförsäkring AB.
