AG Gruppen and Lægernes Pension in exciting collaboration. Must develop new, DGNB Gold-certified city district in Glostrup.

Lægernes Pension and AG Gruppen have just entered into an agreement on the development of a new, DGNB Gold-certified city district in a central location in Glostrup. The project deals with the construction of more than 250 homes and a parking garage. The local process will start around the turn of the year, and the partnership expects to be able to go underground in 2023.

The project development group AG Gruppen is busy with the development of new homes and city districts throughout the country and in recent years has built many new homes in i.a. Copenhagen. Together with Lægernes Pension, a new city district is now being developed in a central location in Glostrup; a plot of almost 13,000 m2 which today houses Glostrup Butikstorv Diget and is close to the upcoming light rail station Glostrup Hospital. The agreement with Lægernes Pension is a joint venture agreement for the construction of more than 250 homes and a parking garage. This is the first project that AG Gruppen and Lægernes Pension will build jointly, and AG Gruppen’s CEO Robin Feddern welcomes the new agreement:

“We expect a lot from the new collaboration with Lægernes Pension. From the beginning, we have experienced a great deal of mutual respect and understanding between us, and I am sure that we will deliver a strong new housing project. Glostrup is a municipality in rapid development, of which we look forward to being a part of. The upcoming light rail, a general expansion of the infrastructure and the development of new, exciting residential areas in the municipality will create a more cohesive, attractive and vibrant city and attract new residents to the municipality. We are very much looking forward to getting started with the work “, he says.
