Lærernes Pension publishes: “We have been following developments in Ukraine closely for some time, and we have been in constant dialogue with our managers about the outlook. Like many others, we have finally hoped that the conflict would be resolved diplomatically instead of this deeply tragic situation for Ukraine and Europe.
Now that Russia has chosen to invade Ukraine, we no longer want to be invested in Russia, and therefore we have a strong focus on selling our investments. We do this as fast as we can. But as things stand now, there is high uncertainty about sanctions and few buyers, so we expect it will take some time before we have sold everything we want. Right now we are operating with a horizon that may extend over the first half of 2022.”
