Alecta Fastigheter’s board is strengthened with two new members, Kerstin Lindberg Göransson and Daniel Skoghäll.
Kerstin Lindberg Göransson and Daniel Skoghäll are proposed as board members of Alecta Fastigheter AB. They both have extensive experience from the real estate industry with several senior positions behind them.
– It is really gratifying that Kerstin and Daniel have said yes. They have experience of our industry, knowledge of active board work and of work in companies with strong growth. Different skills and solid knowledge will strengthen us when we now build a completely new real estate company, says Axel Brändström, Chairman of the Board of Alecta Fastigheter AB.
– On January 1 this year, Alecta Fastigheter AB was formed and we are already one of Sweden’s largest real estate companies. We now have an exciting journey ahead of us, the goal is that today’s holdings worth 45 billion will grow sharply in the coming years, Axel Brändström continues.
Kerstin Lindberg Göransson is the CEO of Akademiska Hus and has previously held senior positions such as Airport Director at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, CFO and Deputy CEO at Telia IT Service. Current board assignments include Sveaskog and Hemnet. She has previously served on the boards of, among others, the Third AP Fund, Jernhusen, Grand Hotel, Strömma Sjöfart & Turism, Svensk Bilprovning and ACI (Association of European Airport Operators).
Daniel Skoghäll is the acting chairman of the board of Ikano Bostad and a member of the board of Ikano Industry and Erikshjälpen. Previous senior positions have included CEO of Ikano Fastigheter, Drott Bostad and he has previously served on the boards of IKEA Southeast Asia, Hemfosa and Fastighetsägarna Stockholm, among others.
Alecta Fastigheter AB’s Board thus consists of five members:

Magnus Billing, CEO of Alecta
Hans Sterte, Deputy CEO and Head of Asset Management Alecta
