PenSam strengthens City’s portfolio with acquisition of three properties

PenSam creates both solid returns for the sosu assistant and the pedagogue assistant and sustainable solutions with the takeover of three more properties in Copenhagen. This is a total purchase price of just under DKK 600 million. kroner of 74 newly built apartments and 7,150 m² of business.
By the end of 2020, PenSam has invested in three more properties in Copenhagen. With this, PenSam consolidates its City portfolio and ensures solid returns for its members, the sosu assistant and the pedagogical assistant. At the same time, PenSam is creating new sustainable solutions in the properties.
