Capital Cranfield has today announced that Amanda Hamilton-Stanley has joined its team of Professional Trustees.
Hamilton- Stanley, a qualified lawyer based in Bristol, joins the firm from Pernod Ricard where her final role was Group General Counsel and Compliance Officer. She also served for a decade as a Trustee Director of the Allied Domecq Pension Fund in which role she worked on a £3.8bn buy-in.
Capital Cranfield Managing Director Neil McPherson said “Amanda brings an impressively strong all round skill set and we are delighted that she has chosen to work with us. Her work on the Allied Domecq buy in means that our Professional Trustees have worked on two of the five largest insured transactions seen in the UK. Her appointment, following hot on the heels of John Bannister in Birmingham, also further increases the geographical spread of our Professional Trustees around the country”.
Commenting on her appointment, Amanda Hamilton-Stanley said: “The strength and collegiate nature of the Capital Cranfield team is well established and I am excited to be moving on this next phase in my career with the firm. The Trustee role is becoming ever more demanding and I am looking forward to helping my clients work through their challenges for the benefit of their members”.
