Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc (‘Aviva’), announces the appointment of Cheryl Agius as Non-Executive Director (NED) and Chair of Aviva Investors Holdings Limited.
Cheryl has extensive financial services experience, having held a number of Non-Executive Director roles in Aviva Life Holdings UK Ltd and Equity Release UK Ltd. Cheryl has also held executive roles at Saga plc and Legal & General Group plc.
During her time on the Aviva Life Holdings Board, Cheryl was also the chair of their Investment Committee which was responsible for overseeing the relationship with its investment managers including Aviva Investors.
