Ian was previously at Redington, where he was a Managing Director in the investment consulting team from 2017 – prior to this he was a Partner with LCP. Ian has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has helped DB schemes sized from £10m to £2.5bn to improve their investment strategies. As well as being a qualified actuary, he has also served as a trustee, and he brings this experience to his advice to ensure that it is always focused on the needs of clients. Ian has particular expertise in the implementation of insurance buy-ins, having advised on some of the UK’s largest and most complex transactions of recent years.”
