25 July 2019
“Brunel Pension Partnership Limited (Brunel) is delighted to announce the appointment of the pension pool’s new Non-Executive Director (NED) and Chair of the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee.
Following a successful recruitment process, Patrick Newberry has been selected.
“We had very distinct requirements for applicants,” says Denise Le Gal, Chair of the Brunel Board. “As a non-executive director with a portfolio of public and private sector NED roles and a background in the financial sector, it was clear that Patrick had the experience we were seeking. Equally importantly, we believe Patrick’s outlook chimes with our values and the investment principles that form the foundation of our business.”
Patrick says: “I am very much looking forward to joining the team at Brunel and to bringing to bear my experiences at this most interesting stage of Brunel’s development.”
Patrick will formally take up the role upon FCA approval.”
