Global real estate advisor, CBRE, has promoted Bruce Robertson to Head of UK Industrial & Logistics Sector.
Robertson, who is based in London, has led the company’s European Supply Chain Advisory team since joining CBRE seven years ago.
He has extensive experience in leading strategic business transformation at Board level and has held several senior roles before CBRE, including Head of Performance Transformation at The Linde Group, a global industrial gases and engineering company. At The Linde Group, he was also a member of the UK Operating Board, giving him unique insight into the industrial client perspective.
In his new role, Robertson will work closely with the existing 80-strong Industrial & Logistics Markets team to further accelerate growth and ensure a differentiated go-to-market strategy for the sector.
I look forward to harnessing my industrial client-side experience in my new role as Head of Sector. We see there being a long-term positive outlook for the UK logistics market, with prime rental growth above pre-pandemic averages and resilient occupier demand, which is in turn fueling investment activity. Our research shows investors across Europe are eyeing logistics as one of the leading sectors for capital deployment, and I look forward to working with the team to further develop CBRE’s market position. Bruce Robertson, Head of UK Industrial & Logistics Sector
