Barnett Waddingham has confirmed the completion of its acquisition by Howden, a global insurance and employee benefits intermediary group. This creates one of the largest pensions and employee benefits firms in the UK.

The combined business brings together almost 4,000 pensions and employee benefits experts globally, generating global revenue approaching £500 million.
