25 March 2024

LCP is pleased to announce that Keryn James will join LCP’s Board as Independent Chair on 1st April 2024. Keryn replaces Graham Elton who has retired after nearly 7 years in the role.

Keryn was previously CEO of the highly successful global sustainability consulting business, ERM. Under her leadership, ERM grew to revenues of over $800m, operating in 47 countries. Her other board roles include: Siemens AG Supervisory Board; Opus Talent Solutions, a business that fosters the development of talent in the tech and energy industries; the not-for-profits Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet; and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

Aaron Punwani, CEO at LCP commented: “I am delighted to welcome Keryn to LCP’s Board. Keryn has an enormous amount of experience guiding high-quality, people-centric businesses through fast growth, and has shown exceptionally strong cultural alignment to LCP. I’m extremely excited for the contribution she can make towards helping us achieve our purpose – fusing human expertise with powerful analytics to shape a more positive future.”

Aaron added: “I’d like to also extend my sincere thanks to Graham Elton, who will retire as chair at the end of March. Graham has made an enormous contribution to LCP over the last 7 years, as we have more than doubled the size of the business, achieved a leadership position in our core markets, and diversified into new sectors both organically and through acquisition.”

Keryn James commented: “I’m thrilled to be joining the LCP Board. LCP has a clear sense of social purpose, an extremely strong culture and consistently excellent client feedback, and we share a deeply held belief that businesses can be a force for good. I was drawn to LCP’s market-leading brand and sense of vision in driving forward positive change for its clients, people and industries, as well as for society, the planet and local communities“.

Graham Elton added: “It’s been a true privilege working with the LCP Board and team over the last 7 years, during which time the firm has undergone significant transformation, developing successful new businesses across health, energy, sports and technology, while maintaining enviable market leadership in its established business areas of pensions, investment and insurance. I look forward to watching the firm’s continued success”.
