Local Pensions Partnership Investments appoints Louise Jack as new Chief Operating Officer

Local Pensions Partnership Investments (LPPI), the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) investment pool which provides a whole scheme management model for the stewardship of client fund assets, has appointed Louise Jack as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the LPPI Executive Committee.

As COO, Louise will take responsibility for the Finance, Investment Operations, Technology and Business Change teams; playing a pivotal role in driving our strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and ensuring we continue to deliver value to our clients and stakeholders.

Louise is an accomplished COO with more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, bringing expertise in product innovation, fund administration, organisational design, technology, and growth strategies.

She has previously served as COO and Managing Director at Macquarie Group’s asset management business, and held senior management roles at Shell Energy Trading. Louise is a Chartered Accountant and began her career at PwC in the London and Sydney offices.

Louise has received several industry accolades for leading high-performing and diverse teams, including Finance Team of the Year at the Women in Finance Awards. She was also Co-chair of the Women in Banking and Finance Alumni between 2019 and 2021.
