18 March 2024

Pan Trustees publishes on its website:

Kate joined PAN as a partner and independent trustee in 2024, viewing this as a natural evolution of her successful long term career in the pensions industry. A Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, she worked for a large international consultancy firm for over 21 years and specialised in pensions project consultancy and management. She has worked extensively with trustee boards in pension scheme settlement, wind ups, GMP equalisation, liability management and pensions rectification exercises. In addition, she has held various management positions and is a confident leader and communicator at board level.

Kate is highly personable and thrives on building strong and productive working relationships with trustee boards and corporate stakeholders. She is a firm believer in trustees being inquisitive, transparent, pragmatic and open minded, qualities that she feels are key to great trustee decision-making and positive action. She is a strategic thinker, with a focus on determining the aims and needs of her clients in order to help develop a solution to achieve those aims.

Kate is based in the North West, working with both co-trustee and sole trustee client situations. She is available for appointments UK wide across DB and DC schemes, including chair of trustee roles.
