South Yorkshire Pensions Authority announces allocation of £80m for regional investment

LGPS – South Yorkshire Pension Fund publishes on its website:

“South Yorkshire Pensions Authority has announced the allocation of £80m for regional investment in South Yorkshire. This funding will operate in parallel with the Sheffield City Region JESSICA Fund bringing the total regional development funding available to over £120m.

The South Yorkshire Pensions allocation will be managed by CBRE’s Investment Advisory, part of CBRE Capital Advisors, who will originate and advise on all investments.

The funding will target property development across all sectors including residential and leisure which will create opportunities for strategic joint investments with the existing JESSICA Fund.”
