OPF Nike Nederland publiceert op haar website:
“After the previous news item on 27 December 2019, the account and accountability report (i.e. liquidation report) was ready for inspection for two months at the office of the Commercial Register at the Chamber of Commerce in Regio Noordwest and at the office of Stichting Pensioenfonds Nike Nederland in Liquidatie, visiting address Colosseum 1 in (1213 NL) Hilversum, starting on 7 January, 2020. There were no objections from any stakeholder. After that the account and accountability report (i.e. liquidation report) was finally approved by the liquidators of the fund and send to the Dutch Central Bank. The latter informed the fund by letter D.D. 18 June 2020, that the supervision by the Dutch Central Bank on the fund has ended. This means “the fund will be unsubscribed to the Commercial Register at the Chamber of Commerce soon and that the fund is finally closed.
