Ms Sandra Merkert will leave C&A Mode AG on 31 August 2024. She will therefore also be leaving the Board of Trustees of the C&A Group Pension Fund.
Mr Rachid Dainan has been elected by silent ballot as the new employee representative for the C&A Mode AG constituency for the term of office until the end of 2027.
The Board of Trustees warmly welcomes Rachid Dainan to its ranks and looks forward to working with him. We would also like to thank Mrs Sandra Merkert for her dedication and commitment to the pension fund in the last years and wish her all the best for the future.
