Alert Sampension: Sampension community is investing a large amount in PH Park in Hørsholm

The Sampension community is investing a large three-digit million amount in PH Park in Hørsholm, where 133 new rental homes are being built, which are expected to be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2022.
“We see PH Park as a unique urban development project in an attractive municipality close to Copenhagen with a good underlying demographic. The investment is part of the strategy to develop the Sampension community’s portfolio of directly owned properties with a focus on both optimizing returns and a high degree of sustainability, ”says Torbjørn Lange, Head of Properties and Infrastructure at Sampension.
