David Fairs joins LCP as Partner

David Fairs, who was previously Executive Director of Regulatory Policy, Analysis and Advice at The Pensions Regulator (TPR) is joining LCP as a Partner.

David spent four years at TPR where he oversaw the introduction of a range of important policy initiatives through a time of significant change and challenge for the pensions industry. These the granting of significant new powers under the Pensions Schemes Act, and the new DB funding regime. Prior to working at TPR he was a Pensions Partner at KPMG.

David will be joining LCP’s market leading pensions practice in April, working closely with key clients to help them navigate the increasingly complex developments and issues facing the industry, as well as supporting the firm with continuing to evolve and expand its offerings to the market.
