LGPS Central wraps up final closing of its first Private Equity Fund

LGPS Central Limited publishes on its website:

“We are pleased to announce we successfully concluded the final closing of our first Private Equity Fund on 31 January 2019. The LGPS Central Limited 2018/19 Vintage Private Equity Fund is the result of six months of comprehensive work to find the right legal structure, obtain regulatory approval and source and implement the necessary finance, IT and operations infrastructure. The Fund’s strategy is tailored to align with that of our Partner Funds.

The investors in the Fund are: Cheshire Pension Fund, Leicestershire County Council Pension Fund, Nottinghamshire County Council, Staffordshire Pension Fund and West Midlands Pension Fund.”
