Expansion of Board Underscores Commitment to Institutional Markets
SEI® (NASDAQ:SEIC) today announced that Priti Ruparelia has been appointed to the SEI Master Trust Board of Directors. In addition to her board responsibilities, Ruparelia will serve as a member of the Master Trust Investment Sub-Committee.
Ruparelia is Trustee Director and Head of Defined Contribution at Independent Governance Group (IGG), one of the UK’s leading providers of professional pensions trusteeship and governance services. With more than 25 years of experience in the pensions sector, Ruparelia’s experience includes managing defined contribution (DC) contracts and single trust and master trust arrangements, establishing new DC pension schemes, and transitioning schemes to master trust arrangements. Ruparelia previously led the DC Client Relationship team at Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM), where she managed the organisation’s master trust relationship for a period of time. Prior to LGIM, Ruparelia managed DC and defined benefit relationships as a Senior Client Director at BlackRock and Aegon.

Throughout her career, Ruparelia has been dedicated to developing and enhancing the pension member experience, with a keen interest in improving communication to drive positive outcomes for members. She is a trustee to several DB and DC pension schemes and is a member of both the DCIF Advisory Board and the Pensions Management Institute. Ruparelia holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Decision Sciences from the University of Hertfordshire.
