CACEIS and AMUNDI announce completion of strategic partnership on fund distribution platform Fund Channel

CACEIS and Amundi announce the completion of their strategic agreement to accelerate the development of Fund Channel, the leading B2B fund distribution platform.

CACEIS NOW HOLDS A STRATEGIC SHARE OF 33.33% OF FUND CHANNEL’S CAPITAL, WHILE AMUNDI REMAINS THE MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER

This partnership enables Fund Channel’s clients to benefit from a fully-fledged execution services offering. CACEIS’ clients, on the other hand, will benefit from the wide array of fund distribution related services of a leading platform that is well known on the market. In addition, both partners will continue to expand their fruitful long-term cooperation in the growth areas of fund services and data management.

This milestone is part of both parties’ 2025 strategic plan and aims for Fund Channel to intermediate over €600 billion in assets by the end of 2025.
