CBRE Investment Management Expands Client Solutions Team with Appointment of Senior Director

CBRE Investment Management (“CBRE IM”) has appointed Peter Bretveld as a Senior Director in the Client Solutions team. Based in Amsterdam, he will help drive capital raising efforts and support the firm’s continued growth ambitions in the Benelux market.
Peter has over twenty years of professional experience in the real estate industry in both real estate investment and management. Peter joins from Kempen Capital Management, where he spent the last four years working as a Senior Portfolio Manager Real Assets. Prior to this, he worked at Blue Sky Group also as a senior Fund Manager in their Global Real Estate team.
Peter will work closely with the Client Solutions and investment teams in the delivery of the firm’s existing investment strategies across CBRE IM’s entire real assets platform. He will report to Chris Wood, Head of Client Solutions Officers EMEA and joins a European Client Solutions (“CS”) team of 33, which includes CS Officers, CS Operations, Portfolio Solutions and Strategic Accounts.
